Widyatama University to Plant 1, Padalarang, as part of the KUDUBISA (International Business Industrial Visit) program under the theme “Break the Line: Expanding Insight, Building Professional Readiness.”

The program aimed to enhance professional readiness, broaden perspectives, and encourage students to develop a global mindset. Through this visit, participants gained direct exposure to global-oriented manufacturing practices.

Students were divided into four groups and guided by the Plant Manager and division heads. They conducted a factory tour to observe the production of eco-friendly paper-based packaging, from raw materials to finished goods, while learning about operational excellence, quality control, occupational safety, and sustainability practices.

An interactive sharing session was also conducted, including engaging games designed to introduce Alkindo’s values, innovation, and working culture. The session concluded with an open discussion on business strategies, industry challenges, and career opportunities in manufacturing.
