PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk successfully held its annual Company Gathering on February 7, 2026, at Sindang Reret Hotel & Restaurant, Cikole Lembang. The event was attended by 272 employees from various departments as a form of appreciation and a strategic initiative to strengthen teamwork, engagement, and a positive working culture across the organization.

The Company Gathering is a regular annual agenda of PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk, reflecting the company’s commitment to fostering a harmonious, collaborative, and inspiring work environment. This year’s theme, HARDOLIN, stands for Dahar, Dolan, Inspiratif, which can be translated as Eat, Play, and Inspire. The theme highlighted the importance of balancing togetherness, recreation, and personal motivation in building a strong and resilient organization.

In his opening speech, Mr. Erik Sutanto, Commissioner of PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk, emphasized the importance of unity and the strong role of employees in driving the company forward.

This year’s gathering was particularly meaningful as it also celebrated the 37th anniversary of PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk, which was established on January 31, 1989. The celebration was marked by a cake-cutting ceremony led by the Board of Directors and Commissioners, symbolizing gratitude, unity, and the company’s continued growth journey.

To conclude the event, the organizing committee distributed exciting door prizes, including LED TVs, refrigerators, and Android smartphones. The prize session brought additional excitement and joy to all participants, making the gathering even more memorable.
